The Plisse Blouse is cut in our airy and delicate polyester plisse quality. It has a fitted silhouette and long voluminous sleeves with tight cuffs. It has a shirt collar with pearl buttons down the front. The blouse has lace inserts on the cuffs. It has lace down the front and back, combined with pretty flounce trimmings.
