You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon delivery following our standard return procedure.
